You may pay by credit or debit cards or pay by card via Paypal. Please call us if you need assistance. We are happy to take orders and payment by telephone.

You may also pay by cheque, postal order, direct bank transfer or pay directly into our Nat West or Halifax account. Please ask for details

Postage and packing on all consignments is £4.00. Postage for any items you wish to exchange, excluding faulty, damaged or items sent in our error, is at cost. Items in stock are usually with you within 48hrs once your payment has been received, and/or cleared. Items not in stock can take up to 7/14 working days. You will be kept advised at all times.

OVERSEAS BUYERS. We have excellent shipping rates and fast delivery to all overseas destinations. Please ask.

Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 14 days of receiving them. We like to be advised within seven days of returns. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Please repack carefully to avoid damage. Also ensure that returned goods are insured against loss or damage. Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health & Safety Act 1972. V.A.T. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the standard rate.
